Which fire door types do you work with?
We deliver installation, replacement and supported remedial work across project-specified timber, composite and metal fire doorsets. Composite flat-entrance doors are a key service for occupied social-housing and residential programmes.
Can MC Pro Services supply the doors and materials?
Yes. We can quote for sourcing and supplying project-specified doorsets and compatible materials alongside installation or remedial works. Labour-only packages remain available. Product selection, quantities, lead times, delivery and approval responsibilities are agreed before ordering. Making good, decoration and waste removal can be included where expressly quoted.
Do you provide fire door surveys?
Yes. We provide condition and remedial surveys, and measured surveys for planned fire door replacements. We agree the scope, access and reporting format before visiting. Non-intrusive surveys cover accessible conditions; opening-up is agreed separately. These services do not provide a fire risk assessment or independent certification.
Can you work from another company’s survey?
Yes. We can review and work from a competent inspection report or remedial schedule, subject to the necessary details being clear and suitable evidence being available for each proposed repair.
Do you provide 24/7 emergency fire-door call-outs?
Yes. MC Pro Services accepts emergency fire-door call-out enquiries 24/7 and coordinates a rapid response for active faults and urgent replacement requirements. Send the location, door reference, photographs, known defect and required timescale. The attendance time is confirmed after checking team availability, site controls, approved repair information and suitable materials. Immediate life-safety concerns must also be managed by the building dutyholder under the premises fire strategy and emergency procedures.
Do you take labour-only packages?
Yes. Labour-only delivery for established passive-fire and main contractors is a core service. Defined installation or remedial packages can also be discussed.
